Trump’s tweet never mentioned the deceased. He bragged about the building construction, thanked “firemen” & “women” (instead of firefighters), & failed to express condolences for the resident who died & the firefighters who were injured. His tweet speaks volumes.

Although sprinklers have been legally required in skyscrapers since 1999, Trump actively lobbied against that law. He pays fines every year rather than install sprinklers.
