How long does it take a simply murder case to go to trial, on average? Now think about a thorough investigation involving several individuals and traversing borders being conducted from the ground up and all that encompasses. Not to mention, contending w/ political inference.

Immigrants that migrated here legally are not criminals. Illegal immigrants are criminals because they came into this country illegally, breaking the law. Making them criminals. It’s not racism. It’s the law.

Neither one of those things are illegal. You said not all immigrants are criminals, which you are correct.However immigrants that migrate to the US without following the legal steps and processes are illegal. And therefore they are criminals.
