The language used by me at the DACA meeting was tough, but this was not the language used. What was really tough was the outlandish proposal made - a big setback for DACA!

Take DACA off the table, completely, and go about the business of protecting American citizens. Mexico needs to roll the red carpet out and welcome their citizens back into their own country! These 'dreamers' need to be reunited with their families, and not in the USA.

I just want the truth. So, when I heard it, I searched for what Paul Ryan said bc I believe him. Paul Ryan said Trump said it. While I don’t like the language, it bothers me more that Trump lies. He lies. He could have said he used a poor choice of words, but no, he lies.

Yes indeed. He could (should) have said "I mis-spoke", but no, he just carried merrily on with his lie. I've never heard him utter an apology - or anything like one - in his last 30 months of campaigning and in the hot seat. I guess we won't now.
