It just shows everyone how broken and unfair our Court System is when the opposing side in a case (such as DACA) always runs to the 9th Circuit and almost always wins before being reversed by higher courts.

Do you? DACA was an "executive order" by President Obama, bypassing Congress, so the following President has the Constitutional right to absolve ANY Laws that bypassed Congress via "Executive Order"

Lol. Judges can also halt EO’s. So we know two ppl who don’t understand how the Republic works.

"In the case of the former, the president retains the power to veto such a decision; however, the Congress mayoverride a veto with a two-thirds majority to end an executive order." The 9th WILL be overruled because the Supreme Court follows Constitution. Happened before.

It wasn't a judicial decision. DACA was an Executive Order by a President, which is unconstitutional. The more I'm studying this stuff, I'm seeing that EO's ARE unconstitutional, whether Obama, Trump etc. A President DOES have the right to "Article 2 Section 1"pic.twitter.com/CjHWREBtSQ

In California and New York. Hillary only won 487 out of 3,141 counties in the United States. Thank our founding fathers for the electoral college and that we're a Constitutional Republic and not a democracy.

Land doesn't vote. People do. It is the people that matter. The vote of a person who lives on 20 acres of land does not hold nore weight than the vote of a person who lives in a 1 bedroom appt in the city. The Electoral College also did not act as they were supposed to. (1)

They are supposed to protect AGAINST the appointment of someone who is vastly underqualified for the office of the President. They didn't do that. They put party over country. The only reason so many counties were for Trump is GOP gerimandering. (2)

The court systems are "broken" because you simply don't have control over the rule of law! You get used to it Mr. Trump. The courts have final say, not you. You are not a Dictator, just a Dictator Wannabe!

What law Ed? Obama signed an Exec Order, not law. EO he said 20 times he did not have the presidential authority to do. Just an EO like Trump’s travel ban from various terrorist-laden countries based on absolute Constitutionality, confirmed by SCOTUS, yet fought in 9th Circus!
