Stock market has been going up for years; unemployment falling for years also; job creation lower than 2016 and unless you're a multimillionaire, your tax cuts are temporary. Why introduce a stimulus package into a growing economy? Answer me that.

states. California and New York have way more citizens than smaller states, so not having their votes count by going popular vote is unfair imo. I was neither a Trump or Clinton supporter as well.

No citizen's vote would count more, just because of where they live, if it went by popular vote. The electoral college is what changes that.
