We're basically already at peak employment, moron. Tax reform was only about corporate taxes and not about the middle class, unless you count someone who wants to write off maintenance for a private jet. 
Because they pay more in taxes and also are more likely to reinvest those savings back into the economy. Someone with mid-class status most likely wont because even if they paid zero taxes they dont have the means to create new jobs. How is that difficult to understand?
From tax cuts, the middle-class spends money directly into the economy because it's necessary to pay bills, recover debt, buy groceries, and buy wishlist items that they otherwise couldn't afford. Corps and high income save proportionately more money, traps it in finance accts.

In my salary range, my savings simply decreases by year 2027. By then a whole new crew of crooks will be in office, so this cannot be predicted.

Removing individual mandate —> young & healthy drop ins. Higher concentration of unhealthy ppl —> higher costs —> higher premiums. Some won’t be able to pay increase, will drop ins. Healthcare? Gone.
