The military cannot become the go to place for free gender reassignment surgery.

And that has been happening. It’s like a free ride to join military then have the VA cover all the psychological, hormone therapy and post surgical expenses. If you have gender identity problems you should be able to obtain everything one needs in the private medical sector.
