That graph is from the CBO. What he fails to mention is that the increase isn't as big of an increase as it would have been under ACA.
I know who the CBO is. He just didn't cite any source there.
It was nestled in the graph in tiny font. But it doesn't really matter, the graph is unrelated to his claim and does not prove his claim.
In DC when you slow the rate of growth of an entitlement, that's called "gutting a program."

To be fair, our population is aging and older people consume most of Medicare and Medicaid services. The system must be rationalized -
