@cultcommoncore you are correct. And the campaigns used the existing bylaws of the GOP to their advantage. Like Trump did with bankruptcies.

@cultcommoncore Their internal rules and bylaws, I'm pretty sure. Democrats have some awful rules too. They designed it that way.
