Robert, I think it is you who isn't informed. The decision to make isps public utility in 2015 made it almost impossible to have real competition. Everyone got it wrong, it isn't about 'net neutrality', but calling it like this gives ...

Are you kidding? #NetNeutrality is about not letting our ISPs turn into cable companies where they can black out or throttle content providers as “negotiation tactics” to get the content providers to pay the ISPs.

You don’t understand what #NetNeutrality is about. Do you remember the last time your cable provider and favorite tv channel were fighting over their contracts and then the cable company blacked out the channel? Imagine your ISP fighting with twitter and Twitter gets blacked out

With #NetNeutrality your ISP cannot block or throttle any legal web traffic. This is especially important where I live because I only have one ISP in my area, and many many others in the US are in the same situation.

Since you’re also concerned with the idea that the large internet companies like the FANG group are campaigning for #NetNeutrality for their own benefit, they are and they aren’t. Consider the pay-to-play world though, in that world FANG have a tremendous leg up over startups.
