The Federal Reserve is cutting but must further ease and, most importantly, come into line with other countries/competitors. We are not playing on a level field. Not fair to USA. It is finally time for the Federal Reserve to LEAD. More easing and cutting!

So after cutting rates down to the maximum, there is no room left to help the economy when community spread of the coronavirus causes quarantines and hurts businesses, restaurants, sporting events, and other industries. We need a buffer in case things get much worse.
