That's cool. Here's a picture of a newly-constructed portion of the wall being blown over by the wind (ironically, it seems like trees on the Mexican side kept the wall from collapsing completely).pic.twitter.com/GEOOKtkJ7P

37 mph is lot of wind. Nobody has ever seen and measured such a wind. It was the windiest wind ever from the standpoint of movement of air.
