How about trying to work with Democrats on border security rather than just trying to build a wall that won't work?

There are tens of thousands of people who go back and forth each day. You stop this flow of traffic, and you will not only stop only a small portion of immigration, but you will also put the brakes on a slowing US economy.

Last quarter our annualized GDP was a meager 2.2%. If you want a recession by Winter, this would do it!

Then why don’t they have a plan? They have had years with nothing to replace it. Why not just fix the current ACA? Parts are good but other parts are really bad. Nothing will work for everyone. Work on the parts that will fix the problems.

We already have a barrier. Problem with illegal immigration isn’t immigrants, it’s the legal immigration system. With 9 million mixed citizenship households, $7,000 process, 10-20 yr. wait and 60% from visa abuse; walls won’t solve problem. Fix the system, fix the problem
