The Democratic National Committee blocked Fox News from holding a debate because Jane Meyer revealed in her New Yorker piece that Fox News squashed a story revealing Trump’s hush payment to Stormy Daniels in order to help Trump win the 2016 election.

@DNC made the right decision. Besides legitimizing Fox News as a neutral TV network worthy of hosting a Democratic debate, Fox could use it like a push poll w/ questions designed to spread disinformation. Later, Fox would selectively & misleadingly soundbite it. -
Fox isn't a news station. Per their own attorneys, they're an entertainment station. Having them host a legit debate would be the same as SNL hosting it.
