She is an American Citizen and entitled to due process. If she has committed a crime (ie. treason) then bring a case and put her on trial. You can’t just rescind citizenship via fiat. Maybe Putin can, but you can’t, sir.

Agreed. You can’t just strip someone of their birthright citizenship. However, she may have revoked it herself if she left to join ISIS as a STATE. 14th Amendment.

Enemy combatant. Learn the law.

Enemy combatants are generally captured in a theater of war by military personnel. If she returns to the US, she would be arrested by Federal Marshals and charged with treason. She should stand trial as a deterrent to anyone contemplating aiding our enemies.

Even citizens who have become "enemy combatants" deserve due process and a fair trial. That's the law.

Because you never know who or why the government decides to label you an enemy combatant.

Good move, one of very few you have made in 2 years.

Anyone who joins ISIS should not be allowed back into America. That's a decision you make. The same is true for White Supremacists who attack minorities. I only wish that Trump would stand up to Domestic Terrorist as he does with international terrorism.

Get ready for some activist judge to order you to let her in. If this happens tell the court to go pound sand. Time for the judicial branch to stop violating the separation of powers. By the way, who gets to stop the court from violating the Constitution?

I absolutely endorse the advice of
@SheriffClarke, it is far past time to halt the encroachment on the Executive Branch Powers being practiced by BOTH the Legislative & Judicial Branches. She aided & abetted enemies of the U.S. bottom line. If she comes, charge her w/Treason.
