Yeah, Obama admin. Operation Fast and Furious. From 2009-2011, the Phoenix Bureau of ATF, along with other partners, allowed illegal gun sales in order to track the sellers and buyer, who were believed connected to Mexican drug cartels. The Obama admin let the cartels have guns.

Update: The child died following her stay at an ICE Detention Center, as a result of possible negligent care and a respiratory illness she contracted from one of the other children. The events took place in Dilley Family Detention Center in south Texas.
