Harley-Davidson hasn't been 100% made in America for decades; the company has had a factory in Brazil since 1998 and foreign motorcycle companies licensed its name decades before that; the first Harley-Davidson Club was established in Europe.

Harley-Davidson is shifting production to ALREADY-EXISTING overseas factories because motorcycles made in the USA are no longer competitive in markets you have stupidly started trade wars with. This will, of course, hurt American workers. LIKE EVERYBODY TOLD YOU WOULD HAPPEN!
