READ THE CONSTITUTION MORON! No person is above the law, not even the president. The president - the executive branch of our government is CO-EQUAL to the other two branches of government. And if you are innocent as you claim (you are not) why are you even bringing this up?
As has been stated by numerous legal scholars, I have the absolute right to PARDON myself, but why would I do that when I have done nothing wrong? In the meantime, the never ending Witch Hunt, led by 13 very Angry and Conflicted Democrats (& others) continues into the mid-terms!

Oh, ok. So article two empowers the executive with enforcing laws. In our current system, the excutive creates the office of the attorney general, and empowers it to investigate and prosecute crimes. Article 1 empowers the legislature to create laws.
