If you read the act, drugs must pass FDA Phase 1 Testing, which is already done on volunteer patients. So what are you trying to complain about here? To be technical these individuals would just be volunteering for Phase 2 testing where they would have otherwise been denied.

Did you? The act allows patients to use study drugs that forego the FDA regulations. What you are hinting at is what patients can do prior to the bill lmfao. What trump did was turn terminally ill patients into guinea pigs without legal protection

Without FDA there is no data on contraindications and adverse events meaning there is NOTHING to substantiate the efficacy of the drug for any given patient. The patient will also risk losing hospice care..and the drugs aren’t covered by insurance
