(1/2) I disagree with Klavan here. Mark Levin has fully debunked these concerns in Liberty Amendments. D.C. will never reform itself. State legislatures are a better bet; they're closer to the people. And what are the odds 2/3 or 3/4 (I forget how many) of the states go rogue?

It's 3/4. A HUGE hurdle to clear for any Amendment. Only 13 States have to say no.

(2/2) Klavan reveres the founders, as do I. Well, the same guys that gave us this Constitution put in the Article V provision specifically for a political scenario like we have today. Respectfully disagree.

@marklevinshow fully addressed these concerns in The Liberty Amendments. Article V was not a mistake by the framers. It was deliberately put there for such a time as this.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
