Aye, that’s fair; I don’t know the exact details of this situation, so for all I know you’re right, I’ve just seen a lot of people get taken off for no reason and the excuse of it being a private company irks me to an extent, if that company claims to be fair and unbiased
oh yeah no, this guy deserved it. YouTube really fucked up with their last autoban wave, and they get it wrong sometimes, but this guy is a full on "race realist" who thinks black people have genetically low IQ and that there is a global banker (i.e. Jewish) conspiracy.

Words are not harmful. I agree his ideas are stupid and profoudly disgusting, but to say he causes direct harm to people us just wrong. You can just not watch his videos.
