    know their passengers are upset but obscene corporate salaries and bonuses in part funded by taxpayers are all that matters to them. Qantas are a perfect example of market failure caused by regulation stifling competition. I hope Virgin are better. I’ll let you know.

    If you go to Facebook they have a special deal - the like button is there but the dislike buttons and comments are disabled. Likewise rating and comments on Google MyBusiness. Their customer service line doesn’t answer (see the post about that on Facebook) ...4
