It is unreal that Alex Jones can continue to harass an individual, let alone a teen, on the @YouTube platform and not get a “third strike”.
Would not be surprised if @TeamYouTube begins to see lawsuits aimed at them for amplifying these messages.

Your attempt to argue that Hogg's status as a teen entitles him to special protection becomes particularly comical because of your failure to watch the calendar. David Hogg was born on April 12, 2000. He turned 18 a few weeks ago. He's legally an adult.

Read what we said again and get back to us. We did not argue anything of the sort. It has zero to do with the fact that he’s a teen and everything to do with Alex Jones using YouTube to amplify his attacks on people personally against their own Terms Of Service.

If they lay out specific rules and don’t enforce them and everyone from David Hogg to parents of Sandy Hook victims gets harassed based on his personal attacks on their platform, then we were wondering why they haven’t been sued yet.
