What airlines are currently flying the Boeing 737 Max 8 and what’s the best resource to see what plane will be flying a particular route?

Why is Boeing reluctant 2 train pilots 4 this model what changes were made in 737 Max why Boeing felt it necessary to hide those from the pilots what are common factors between the 737 Max carshes. How much money Boeing saved the airlines by not letting pilots train on new update

Most pilots are already trained for the type of situation presented to the Lion Air crew. You touch on the real issue: why did Boeing decline to mention the MCAS system in manuals? After the LionAir accident, FAA & Boeing did put out manual changes.https://www.flyingmag.com/faa-emergency-airworthiness-directive-boeing-737-max-8 …

If s sensor has failed on two of the 350 new 737-max in service shouldn’t a grounding of all these planes be in order until they can be inspected/fixed? I am due to fly a Southwest 737-800 to Puerto Rico in a few weeks but I am changing my flight.

A 737-800 is not the same as a 737 MAX 8.

A 737-800 is not the same as a 737 MAX 8. Typically, a 737-800 is listed as a B738, 738, or 73H. A MAX-8 is usually listed as B38M, 7M8, or 3M8.

Is the FAA prioritizing airline profits over passenger safety by not grounding these jets?
-
Not at all. They’re doing what they should do: let evidence dictate the action instead of knee-jerk reactions. We don’t yet know what caused this accident. Investigators have FDR/CVR. If it proves to be a MAX8 issue, expect an airworthiness directive, up to/including grounding.
