As a veteran, I think it is very stupid and unnecessary, waste of taxpayer dollars. This is the man who complains about the money that will be spent to make sure that all votes are counted in Florida, Georgia and elsewhere!! His priorities are missed placed!!

I served in the Navy. I spent two deployments in 2012-13 in and around Bahrain. This is a waste of time and resources. If you want people guarding the border, send the National Guard. President Trump, what do you think would happen without the Army there? Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Vietvet from SD. I was a Marine in Vietnam and remember how 6K Marines held off 20K of North Vietnam's best at Khe Sanh in '68, ending with the NVA withdrawing. Trump wants to send that many (up to 15,000) regular troops to stop 3K migrants? Please.
