The milkshakes are a test. Since milkshakes can be used, bricks next. Perhaps even more nefarious items follow.

it's been just milkshakes for a while. it works because it's non-violent and embarrassing. so there's no need for it to escalate, and you suggesting that it might is just you trying to whip up a moral panic.

assault is okay because it could be worse but it's not this is literally "i almost stabbed this guy to death but he didn't die so it's ok" levels of absurdity, assault is assault

i’m not sure you know what assault is. in order for something to be assault, a person has to legitimately be in fear for their safety. getting a milkshake poured on you does not equate to fear of bodily harm

i really don’t think it’s reasonable to say that an unfounded fear of contaminated food is enough to claim assault. what could they feasibly put in a milkshake that could cause harm?? as far as i know, no one has gotten hurt from any milkshake-pouring

Ok so many things wrong here. 1. What if the victim has an allergy 2. How do you know ONLY milkshake is there when it could easily have acid or poison. 3. What about the person throwing the shit if your willing to dump food who knows what else there willing to do.

i’m not aware of any allergies that would be so extreme that having dairy on the skin would be dangerous and from what i know, the point of the milkshake is to cause embarrassment, not any physical damage, and there hasn’t been any legit injury caused
