Showing people in your communities that is safe by volunteering to do it in public is the opposite of posturing. It is leading by example.

You switched the goalpost. There are already public officials and former public officials who have taken the vaccine. Save many of the other doses available for those who need it.

People in Black and Latino communities need these optics because of all the disinformation. A few dozen vaccines for BIPOC in leadership positions will have a beneficial effect. I know these communities, I'm part of them. Today, Omar's posturing worked against them

Today, Omar is wanting to save lives sooner. Your posturing about posturing is hurting your community.

By the way, many of those MOST in need are private citizens from the Black and Latino communities. So, save me the false outrage. You should be pissed that all these politicians are getting the vaccine first. The people come FIRST.
