Our great #FOIA attorney @mvtopic & CNN's attorney asserted at the hearing that the govt needs to reprocess and produce the Flynn 302s that were withheld now that he has been pardoned. DOJ agreed to do that and we will have it by January 15 2/2

These comments this AM about the Flynn pardon from Judge Walton came unexpectedly in our #FOIA case for FBI 302s from the Mueller probe. Walton rejected govt's proposal that Flynn 302s be produced in Feb saying he wants it out "while this administration is still in office.”

So, the current admin must release the 302s before leaving office, but the comment about the pardon being too broad was off-hand/speculative? That is, Sullivan might decide that the pardon was bad later and so prevent the 302s from being released but by then they're already out?

I would love to get that in English? What is 302?

"An FD-302 form is used by FBI agents to 'report or summarize interviews that they conduct'. It contains information from the notes taken during the interview by the non-primary agent. It consists of info taken from the subject, rather than details about the subject themselves."

What you are suggesting sounds normal, is there something weird going on?
