Why, then, didn't you moderate??? Did you test your "Thank you, thank you, thank you" strategy for stopping rude, dismissive, disruptive behavior on kids? On a bully? On TV personalities? At your local coffee shop? At a bar??? Have you EVER shut anyone up with a "Thank you"???
