I’d like someone to explain to me why the same people who advocate for abortion rights believe we should all be willing to make extraordinary sacrifices to save the lives of the “most vulnerable.”

I think it’s fair to say in most cases that no woman WANTS to have an abortion and that they will have regrets later, even if it was the right decision at the time. I imagine it isn’t an easy choice with many confounding issues to balance. Fair?
