My kid just got the call, has to return to work tomorrow or considered as resigned with no eligibility for UE. In a department store. They'll provide masks. She's currently sitting in a chair sobbing.

Also, she will not be allowed to use the microwave, refrigerator or break room, but is required to take a lunch break every day and they will not be providing lunch, so?

So just as she's providing her own lunch now, she'll have to do that at work. A very common practice is to bring a small cooler with one's food & drinks. The restrictions are to limit exposure of her & everyone else at work. These are historic times. Having a job is a good thing.
