I have been slammed with all of it, I am constantly catching extra grief, for no reasons. I’m so incredibly ripped, shredded & can’t take the reality of Kyle is not here. He should be here & he’s not. He’s never coming back & I feel like it’s taking the life out of me.2nd is hard
My experience with exactly all you describe is that eventually (about 5yrs for me) my body, mind, brain, soul became accustomed to the fact that my loved one had passed. The fact no longer seemed impossible. There's no getting over. Rather it's becoming used to the fact of it.
