Proving he's an idiot once again!!
At the least, #delusional. Maybe he used to be a stable genius. And all that he thinks he still is. But he clearly is delusional now. If this is not what the #25thAmendment was intended to protect the #USA from, I wouldn't want to be around for whatever would trigger the 25th.
