I think more light needs to be directed at the Grand Jury Presentment. Were proper procedures followed and why did it reflect actions that were never testified to by ANYONE? Who wrote this inflammatory piece of fiction and why was the "star" witness told he shouldn't correct it?
I don't recall names at the moment, but I believe the female AG at the time wrote this powerful piece of s---, oh, I mean fiction. And the male judge who supervised the Grand Jury system at the time (Feudale? The sword-waving nut, something like this) enabled or was complicit.
