Trump and the @GOP are assuming that Americans are too soft and comfortable to really fight back against them.
And they remain right until we prove them wrong.
Don't forget about the 1/3, and growing, who LOVE all that Trump represents. Just as #Texas embraced the Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld regime, it supports all Trump does.

I don't have numbers so I shouldn't speak "beyond the data". But just as Trump's words & actions are spurring on more hatred & violence, normalizing it even, he's encouraging those who have otherwise suppressed their dark sides to revel in their new freedom to be mean & greedy.
