Hindsight is 20/20. Now that I’m not in the darker places I’ve been in this past couple of years, I’m starting to see just how sick I’ve been. It’s almost overwhelming.
Someone told me once, when I was in a similar place, "Life sometimes is overwhelming. Try to rest, sleep. And begin again tomorrow." This stranger helped save me.
