      After what has been a surprisingly okayish Christmas, I had a moment today in SuperStore. Saw a lady who reminded me of my 92yo grandma, who even in the early stages of dementia, completely understood that my mom died.       Yeah - it really resonated with me after my mom died in November, but also helped me understand feelings I’ve had since my dad died 20 years ago. It’s simple but so accurate!

      Sorry for your loss, I lost my parents 10months apart only last year and it's unbearable so not sure how you cope with a matter of days Jeff. Lauren this is a great analogy thank you for sharing and a great way of using it as a way of expressing how you feel.. which can be hard
