I’ve been struggling for a few days now—trying not to be sucked into the black hole. I feel the pull and I’m holding on to whatever parts of life I can. Depression tries to suck the life out of you.
Turn OFF and AWAY FROM anything that makes you feel even a little bad! Don't dwell more than SEVEN MINUTES on any thought that makes you sad (time required for the brain to engage and get stuck). Cling to WHATEVER gives your mind a moment of peace. Best wishes
