    Absolutely incredible: Census says poverty rate **fell** in 2020 ***during one of the worst labor market shocks in US history***, due to the combo of stimulus checks/federal relief that reached millions both in and outside the workforce. Reflects limits of jobs to reduce poverty.

    3. The Supplemental Poverty Measure (SPM) extends the official poverty measure to include the value of noncash benefits, stimulus payments, taxes, and other necessary expenses. The SPM rate in 2020 was 9.1 percent. This was 2.6 percentage points lower than 2019.

    the true history of the Vietnam War must be suppressed as much as possible by the government and media because they got very close to stuff like the French 1917 Army Mutinies

    One military study concluded...combat refusal was "unlike mutinous outbreaks of the past, which were...sporadic, short-lived events. The progressive unwillingness of American soldiers to fight to the point of open disobedience took place over a four-year period between 1968-71."

    This is like the 100th time we’re seeing reports like this. Time and again the US military shows that they have no respect for Korea and Korean lives. Their presence & occupation are a biohazard. They are an obstacle to the safety and well-being of Korea.

    At the end Aug, at least 33 US soldiers tested positive for COVID in Osan Air Base after attending a no-mask party. As South Korea goes through the 4th wave of COVID under strict social distancing rules, occupying US soldiers disregard local laws.
