FWIW Sparkle and the Mac App Store also don't manage to convince the Finder that the version has changed. Dates _do_ update, curiously.
LT: I'm auto-updating my app. Finder still shows old version. None of the old refresh APIs work. Is this still an unsolved problem...?

@rbrockerhoff Yep. OS bug. I had to stop using NSBundle to read the version info because it was returning stale data. -
@mjtsai@rbrockerhoff Ah, I thought it was just a Finder bug, didn't realize it came from NSBundle. Makes sense though. -
@bwebster@rbrockerhoff I’m not sure of the relation. The NSBundle problem started years ago. The Finder one (for me) is more recent.
