So, are we gonna talk about the old Mango allegations again? Seems like his wife wasn't a perfect victim (possibly abusive herself), and that, along with everyone's need to protect Mango, was enough to kill the story.

This is messy, but I'll say it: One of the problems with the toxic top player culture is that it enables abuse. If an "uncool" top player like HBox had been accused of breaking their wife's hand, they'd never live it down. But you wanted to protect Melee & Mang0 more than a woman

Basically: she says it's been handled in the relationship and that it was mutual. I'm happy to hear they are doing well and have gotten help. My concern was about the community sweeping abuse under the rug. I'm very happy to be in the wrong here.

What are you talking about, stuff about uncool players get swept under the rug all the time. As long as the player has that much influence on the game, stuff gets dropped in order to "protect the game". A thing that makes Mang0 "cool" is he matured in the 13 years ages 15! to 28
