My latest: City Attorney Dennis Herrera today will sue 28 alleged drug dealers who sell heroin, fentanyl and meth in the Tenderloin in attempt to ban them from the 50-block area.

Glad you're reporting this. But two things stand out.
@chesaboudin would have to pursue criminal prosecution for violating the orders. Since he won't prosecute the drug crime can't imagine he'd prosecute the order violation.3 replies 0 retweets 7 likes
Also I think in the last period police made 270 drug arrests in the Tenderloin. So these civil orders only cover 10% of last month's arrests. Is my math roughly correct?
