Happy to introduce our new prokaryotic pangenome clustering tool Panaroo! https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.01.28.922989v1 …. We show that annotation errors can have a large impact on pangenome inference and that by sharing information between genomes we can correct for this.
