DAOs need ways to allow users to vote anonymously. There are many reasons voting behavior should be separate from on-chain activity.
The challenge is, anyone should still be able to check on-chain that every vote came from only verified individuals.

Well structured DAOs can scale more efficiently than companies and avoid the death spiral by allowing small autonomous units to operate independently

More people -> more teams -> more buy-in required -> more meetings -> being persuasive rewarded more than building -> builders leave -> nothing gets done
