If she did paid double, that begs the question,to whom? Was it a money laundering scheme or kick back dodgy deal? Or double reflects all the multiple extentions?
Justice Secretary Teresa Cheng refused to answer questions at Legislative Council about the dubious circumstances surrounding her villa purchase, but she spoke on a radio show. She liked the property so much that she paid almost double the market price for it, as we all do!
