The ER visit was the 1st step in building a case against the perpetrator. I thank my friends & followers for their support. Red Guards excel in both ideological & violent (armed) struggles, and the violence gene definitely runs in Kwok's extended family: CCP's local party organs.
CCTV footages are strong evidence. Depends on injury, it is AOABH or IGBH. Simply make a report to police, they MUST investigate given overwhelming evidence. This is criminal, it is their duty. Private prosecutn involves complicated procedures unfamiliar to common ppl @hkerlee
