#HongKong's Legislative Council is not democratically elected, so it is impossible to get anything, including LGBT Equality, done through the parliamentary channel. That's the reason we demand change. We also rest our hopes upon the highest court. - 2 more replies

Not a done deal just yet, only applies if no power sharing before Oct 21, and judging DUPs historical anti LGBTQ stance, it wouldn't be beyond them to finally agree to a power sharing deal, but this would mean agreeing to something with Sinn Fein, who they probably hate even more
