So to avoid pissing off everyone, Carrie Lam met with pro-#CCP ExCo & LegCo members prior to the press conference. Rumor has it that a lawmaker used DLLM in that meeting with Carrie Lam as she believed Carrie's incredibly stupid "pause" would ruin her political career royally.
