So @TeamYouTube decided that a lot of people don't deserve to be verified anymore, not even people in the .01% top percentage like me with over a million subs which there are only around 8000 out of its 1.9 BILLION users.
If channels like me don't even get it, who does?
I seriously think Twitter and YouTube removing verification would have lead to a rise in traffic for fake/parody/copycat accounts. The company might not think it a big deal but users want to see their subbed creators. Anyone can set up new unverified accounts claiming to be them.
