Right. I mean why just instead make food all natural and stop pumping hormones, high fructose corn syrup, and preservatives (as well as other pesticides) into foods! I mean we could start there for the “Obesity Crisis” why is this so difficult for them to just stop that?
Or maybe just maybe don’t eat that stuff? There are plenty of healthy options available.

It's not even 'ground-breaking' or original. They're just wiring someone's jaw shut in a slightly less visible way. Just... why? What happens if they choke or need to vomit? I suppose they just won't be a 'drain on the system' anymore, right? 'Problem' solved!
